When we think about change most of get overwhelmed, I know I sure can. The mere thought of “Where do I start” causes us to freak out and run for the hills. However, that reaction is normal. Comfort zones are comfortable for a reason, and the thought of leaving your sacred space can cause many to feel uneasy. Again, all of these feelings and more are normal.
So where do you start on your path to wellness?
The good news is you don’t have to start at the beginning, and you certainly do not have to be confined to one wellness modality. Our philosophy is, there is more than one path to wellness. I say embrace it all! Some wellness modalities do not work for others, but might just be your own personal ticket to success.
Take those diverse wellness modalities and learn from them. Unlock your mind to allow yourself the freedom to explore the possibilities of how to bring a perfect balance of wellness into your life.
Still unsure where to start? Do not worry!
A great step to start your path to wellness is reflecting and asking yourself a few of these questions:
- Are you content with where you are in your life at this very moment?
- Are there a few things you would like to change?
- Does your energy in match your energy out?
- Are you currently working towards a better version of yourself?
- Are there habits I would like to break?
- What do I want my life to ideally look like?
A deep and stable state of wellness comes when we decide what is more important; the quality of our journey or the destination? Acknowledging that you want to make change in your life is often the first step towards better self-awareness, authenticity and wellness.
You, are individual. You, are already whole. At Full Circle Health Network we believe in supporting whole people on their journey to wellness. Simply, we are here to support you, not push you.
The path to wellness and where you start is simply up to you. Yes, there are steps you can take and questions to ask yourself, but at the end of the day, your wellness journey starts with you. And trust me when I say this, no one can tell you differently.
So friends, as I close this blog post, I leave you with one thought. Are you still wondering where you start your path to wellness? Just know, your path is unique to you and your path to wellness is all determined by you.
